Flexion is a prototype effort score for workers compensation, disability, and IME work. No number goes in a report until it holds up against 3D motion capture.
Three problems in effort measurement that every examiner, claims adjuster, and defense counsel faces. Flexion is built to address them honestly.
A positive effort flag is worth real weight. A negative one clears nobody. Flexion reports both halves of the diagnostic, not just the one that fits the narrative.
The standard is simple: no movement number goes in a report unless it survives a check against 3D motion-capture ground truth.
A single phone camera can invent scatter the body never produced. So Flexion is built to check body angle on every rep and refuse the ones filmed badly, before any score. The validation study has to show that works.
Grip strength coefficient of variation is the most common effort test in IME work. But most reports cite the wrong specificity number, and most video effort tools skip the ground-truth check entirely. We pulled the primary data and tested it.

Flexion is a prototype. The validation study has not run yet. The pilot is set up so you carry none of that risk.
Once the study clears, an effort consistency report on each of your next 20 FCEs, filmed on a phone during a short guided movement set. It reports movement consistency only. It never labels anyone a malingerer.
$100 per assessment for those 20. Nothing is billed until the validation study clears its preregistered bar. Until then, nothing from Flexion goes in a claim file or a report.
You pay nothing and no report goes out. I send you what the data showed. You lose nothing but the time to reply.
One question: would you put 20 exams through at $100 once the study clears? A yes or a no both help.
